Shri Malladi Venkat Murali Krishna assumed charge as Executive Director of Central Bank of India with effect from 1st December, 2022 and the verticals of Human Capital Management, Retail, Agriculture, MSME, Information Technology, Digital Banking, Emerging Business, Bancassurance & Wealth Management Products are being headed by him. Before his elevation to this current position, Shri Murali Krishna was Chief General Manager of Bank of Baroda. His last posting in Bank of Baroda was Head of Corporate & Institutional Credit - Large Corporate.Shri Malladi Venkat Murali Krishna is an MBA in Banking and Finance. He began his career with Bank of Baroda as Probationary Officer and has over three decades of professional banking experience in leadership roles. His expertise extends to all major areas of banking, including Corporate Credit, International Operations, Rural and Agriculture Banking, Financial Inclusion, NRI business etc.
Shri P. J. Thomas is Graduate in Science with B. Sc. (Hons), Master in Business Administration in Banking and Finance and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He started his career as a Bank Officer with Public Sector Bank, before moving to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as an Officer and served in different capacities including as Regional Director, RBI, Bangalore. He has more than 30 years of rich and varied experience in Banking, Supervision, Regulatory framework and related areas. He was earlier on the Boards of public sector bank including Central Bank of India and Andhra Bank (merged with Union Bank of India in year 2020).
Shri Pikkili Ramana Murthy is a graduate with a B.Sc. in Agriculture from the Allahabad Agriculture Institute and holds a CAIIB(P) certification from IIBF. With over 31 years of experience in the banking industry, including 3 years at the board level, he has a diverse background across various banking segments. His career has spanned rural, semi-urban, urban, and metro environments, working in Zonal Offices and Field General Manager offices. He has served in multiple states across India, including Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and Maharashtra.
Shri Anuj Rastogi is B. Tech, MBA, CAIIB and He has about 26 years of Working Experience with National Housing Bank in various functions such as Department of Supervision, Market Research Consultancy & Policy Department, MIS Cell, Board Secretariat and Government Schemes Department etc.
Presently working as General Manager/ CFO of Central Bank of India holds a Bachelors degree in Science and is also Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers has got 37 years of Banking experience. Worked as a Branch head of a Large branch, Assistant General Manager at Corporate Finance Branch Mumbai, Regional Head of the country’s biggest Region, Headed Corporate Finance Branch New Delhi & headed Raipur Zone of the bank as Zonal Head before being elevated and posted in the present position.
Mr. Vasti Venkatesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has done MBA in Banking & Finance. He is presently General Manager (Treasury/International Division) at Central Bank of India. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has more than 36 years of General experience in Banking in the areas of Treasury, Resources, Operations, Marketing etc. and worked in various positions such as Branch Head, Regional Head in various states like Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Delhi. He also has experience of working as Dealer and Chief Dealer in Domestic Treasury.
Shri Rakesh Sharma holds a Graduate degree in Accounts and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Marketing and IT.
A seasoned banker with diverse experience, Mr. Sharma began his career in 2002 with ICICI Bank, and subsequently held various roles across different regions of the Country. He has also worked with ICICI Bank Ltd, Citi Financials, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, India Infoline Ltd., and Aavas Financiers Ltd.
As the CEO of Tyger Home Finance Pvt. Ltd. (Formerly Known as Adani Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd), Mr. Sharma led key business verticals, including Affordable Housing Marketing, and was instrumental in the Company's overall excellent performance, contributing significantly to the success of the Adani Housing Finance Company
Shri Shanuj Gupta has completed a B.Sc. in (Engg.) –Civil and an MBA (Exe). He is a Civil Engineer with 29 years of experience at HUDCO.
Shri Sanju Mangrulkar appointed as Director on the board of Cent Bank Home Finance Limited he is also presently working as a General Manager at Central Bank of India heading Credit Monitoring & Policy Department, Central Office having banking exposure of more than 35 years. Worked in various places at all India level as Branch Head/ Regional Head and having exposure in Corporate Credit, Foreign Exchange and operational banking. At present handling bank Credit and Recovery policy matters, regulatory compliances, monitoring of advances, corrective measures, functionality implementation and Digital Collection Management.
