The Company was incorporated in the name of “Apna Ghar Vitta Nigam Ltd.” on 7th May 1991. The Certificate of Commencement of Business was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior on 18/06/1991. Subsequently in the Extraordinary General Meeting on 26.5.1992 a Special Resolution was passed to change the name of the Company to “Cent Bank Home Finance Ltd.” The Company is registered with National Housing Bank Vide Certification No. 01-0004-02 dt. 31.7.2001. The present shareholding pattern of the Company is as follows (paid up capital is Rs. 20 Crores).

OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPANY :

The main objective of the Company is to provide housing finance to -:

a) Individuals for the purpose of construction/purchase/acquisition/extension/upgradation/repairs and maintenance of any residential unit or flat.

b) State Development Agencies/Municipal Bodies/Companies/Corporations/Associations/Firms for the purpose of acquiring residential units.

c) Builders/Promoters/Corporate Bodies for the purpose of increasing the housing stock.

d) Any other activity related to housing with the approval/permission by the Board.
